Dear Father Rector:
More than a month ago, on September 8, 2006, I wrote a self-explanatory letter to your goodself (xerox copy furnished) which I delivered personally to your Office – despite my physical debility -- hoping to see your goodself personally for a faster reaction (Postive/Negative) on my spiritually-imbued request. Your goodself not being in your Office at the time, I had my letter received by one of the nuns then manning the Office. Up to this time I have yet to receive your goodself's kind reply, hence, the concomitant postponement of the web-launching of this modest on-line devotion offering (halad) by this lifetime devotee of the Santo Nino.
May I earnestly plead for your goodself's kind early decision (Grant/Deny) on this request, even while I am visited in the interim by one geriatric ailment after another for which I could sense one's impending mortality; hence, the urgency for the soonest launching / aborting of this “hanging” devotional project. By the way, it is for my present health condition why I have even to relocate residence from congested Cebu City to this suburban part of Metro Cebu (as could be noticed by my change of domestic address) for a much-needed rest-cure thereby constraining me to postpone my return trip to the US to comply with immigration requirements – hoping I may still overcome my present health ordeal by the grace of our Protector, Santo Nino!
